Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds Eligibility

You have 10 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the service.

A Refund Request is required to send to our email ( admin@meeleh.com ) with the following details:

  1. Full name

  2. Order number

  3. Order details 

  4. Service date and time

  5. Reason for unsatisfactory service 

  6. Proof of payment/purchase  

Processing of Refunds 

  1. Once we receive your Refund Request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.

  2. MEELEH HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. will not process any Refund Request with incomplete details

  3. MEELEH HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. reserves the rights to withhold any refunds request based on the investigation with the MEELEH HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. service provider.

  4. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the situation with the MEELEH HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. service provider.

  5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Bank account or E-wallet).

  6. The refund value will only be appropriated according to the final paid amount, if payment make by credit card 5% of the transaction fee will deduct for administration handling charge.

  7. You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days from the day when the refund request is approved, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
